FREEDOM, POWER and GRACE in Movement!

WELCOME!

The Feldenkrais Method is a revolutionary, holistic, non-invasive, scientific approach to improving the way we move throughout our lives.  We use sensory-motor learning to influence the neuro-muscular system.  This widely-recognized modality has numerous applications. I assist children and adults in overcoming pain, discomfort, and neurological and motor limitations. I help people recover gently and comprehensively from accidents. I work with others to prevent injuries and chronic tensions by improving bio-mechanics, and I work with highly functioning athletes and artists of all types to enhance their performances.    - Anne Roberti

About Anne:

I was preparing my audition pieces for
graduate programs in Acting, when my coach
told me that I needed to concentrate on my
posture and movement.  I was ‘unbelievable’
as certain characters because my physical
habits were so biased.  I, too, could feel that
I was unable to access certain characteristics.
After one Feldenkrais Awareness Through
Movement® class, I knew I wanted to become
a Feldenkrais Practitioner.  I felt an incredible
freedom open up to me. Years of effort, strain,
stress and hard work lifted, and I enjoyed an
ease and acumen in being myself, a pleasure heretofore unknown and spaciousness, power,
and grace--in other words, enormous possibility.  Least of all, my acting improved exponentially. I was being spontaneous and creative and my body could respond and convey all my intentions.

What people are saying:

I was having difficulty recovering from a ruptured Achilles tendon.

Anne taught me how to correct the patterns from my injury and rewire my brain to walk properly again.

This greatly relieved my discomfort and accelerated my healing process!
